Had a great experience dealing with Jonny from Soverign Property Partners. From the get go when contacting them for the first time, Jonny helped me with my queries, and was professional, courteous and most importantly, quick (Unlike alot of other real estate agents I've dealt with). Jonny was efficient in getting our application to the owner, and managed to secure approval within a matter of days. After being approved, he was very sympathetic in us moving to Toowoomba and that getting the keys on a weekend or public holiday was all the options I had available. He offered to come into the office on any day that worked with us (which was a public holiday), proving to me he's happy to go the extra mile to secure happy tenants. Thanks mate.

I recently purchased an investment property through Kylie at Sovereign Property Partners and her service was superb. Holly now looks after the management, and her and the Leasing Agent Lauren have achieved top rent in the suburb. Holly has provided me with preventative maintenance tips, and she is always available at the drop of a hat. I highly recommend them!

This agent put a ridiculously high value on the potential rental income (more than 50% above market), told me they had 12 keen renters, however come open house they had none turn up. They valuer did not even inspect the property prior to giving their experienced opinion. I found the valuer, Holly, very unprofessional. On the other hand the actual property manager (whom I was discouraged from communicating with until the tenants were secured) easy, professional and extremely qualified.

Sovereign Property Partners have been a respectful and organised rental agent. I have rented a house through them for 3 years and have had a great rental relationship with the agents. I get clear communication prior to inspections and in relation to any issues that have come to my attention during my rental contract. They deal with issues promptly and I highly recommend them.
