I have been coming to a class on a Wednesday supporting an NDIS client for over 2 years now and PT Amy is absolutely fantastic. Her classes suit any age, ability and fitness. Both myself and my client have benefited from her class so much. I would highly recommend Worx Health and Fitness to anyone great classes, even better PTs.

Just spent Easter Holidays at Alexandra Headlands and joined WORX for 2 weeks, I loved it Alex who runs it was amazing she really know her stuff and your body. Attended all her 8am classes, great variety to pick from. The classes were like having private PT session with Alex she really pays attention to everyone. WORX has such a great atmosphere the other members were so friendly made me feel part of the community from the first day. Now back home in Melbourne Im really missing the classes, not the same at my gym no personal touches Looking forward to my next holiday up at the Sunny coast.

While holidaying in Alexander Headland recently my sister in law found this incredible gym we were able to attend for the time we were there. We went to classes daily, great variety, Alex is an incredible trainer, she explains the why's of technique so well. If only we all had Alex's mobility & grace. We met some other really lovely ladies who were so welcoming. Gyms can be very intimidating, Worx was so inclusive. We are looking forward to seeing Alex again in October/Dec/Jan, whenever we visit we'll be back..
