Highly recommend Crossfit Movida. I have been in the crossfit scene for over 8 years and this box has had some, if not the best coaching iv experienced. There emphasis on personalisation, saftey and training injury free is outstanding. The programming they have, builds you to be stronger, fitter and healthier. Regretfully i moved to brisbane otherwise i would still be there. One of the best on the coast, 5 stars.

Every time I come to the Sunny Coast I drop in for a workout at CrossFit Movida. Always great WOD's and a really friendly bunch of people and coaches. Realy easy to book a drop in session too. Would recommend CrossFit Movida to anyone.

Family run gym that has made me feel welcome since day 1. This gym has some of the most enthusiastic and encouraging trainers Ive met. They are able to scale to any persons for any workout and the team is always amazing to train with!
