        I was not given the proper advice before proceeding with an application that was known it is NOT supported by the bank. I was asked to try it anyhow and i agreed but never been told it will negatively impact my credit rating until the application was declined. Now I have to live with a lower credit rating. NOT recommended.

        I visited the branch today and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Jake Lamb. I had one of the best experiences I've had at a bank and it's solely because of this young man. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and completely transparent with my issue. During my time there, the store received a few more customers, and he multi tasked effortlessly making sure that everyone was looked after. Well done Jake and thank you for a fantastic experience.
