I have been a customer for some time after joining to have accounts with my partner. Went through the process of getting a car loan with QCB recently and Leah Little has the most amazing customer service. I have been so informed during the whole process and honestly couldn't been happier with the service I have received.

The worst bank in Australia and customer dont have any privacy or security for their money I just opened an account a few days ago with this bank after a few days they called me and said they cant provide me membership Ive got those money coming to my account from customer and already I gave service for this money to my customer. Bank freez my money and pay back the money its was in my account to the same customer back and closed my account, and I lost now about $8,000 AUD So Im ringing customer back they not answering my phone , I called bank and try to talk to the manager , banker said manager is not here and this is your problem have to solve it out with your customer , Now Im trying to see who gonna pay for this loss but pls dont trust this bank
