        Unequivocally, the most efficient, professional and delightful customer and claims experience I have ever had. I took a lucky dip call on Sunday (not expecting much on the weekend and during a pandemic). Quick phone call, during which the claim was lodged and Claim Manager (shoutout to Cassandra) assigned. The next day (Monday), Claim Manager called me, sent an email approving claim. A few minutes later, I replied to the email and on Tuesday morning (yes, the day after Monday), the claim was finalised and funds transferred for the claim settlement. Having worked with some of the top global banks and insurance providers, I suggest if you are looking for an experience and service that far surpasses the mediocrity of todays consumer interactions and experiences that prevail in almost every sector, then do your homework on National Transport Insurance (NTI) and see how your personal and business needs can be met by partnering with these guys. Dont let the company name mislead you. Their insurance services are quite broad. Many thanks again Cassandra.
