        AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Should be 0 stars : Death of a family member so forced to cancel our vacation - claim submitted. - Technical issues , so they don't receive documents - MIND BOGGLING DELAYS (terrible excuses) - Pushing their responsibility onto anyone else but themselves. - Unbelievable lack of communication, no emails, no phonecalls for "weeks". Only response is once you complain to insurance ombudsman. - MIND NUMBING DELAYS - ZERO COMMUNICATION - Did I mention MASSIVE DELAYS!! (generic excuses) - Inhumane treatment and process for claims relating to death. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
