Do not waste your time with this insurance company. They do not value their customers, and you will be chasing your claim every step of the way. Customer service does not actually exist as no one completes their job and you will be waiting for weeks on end. Pay the little bit extra and go to a better insurance company that will actually value their customers.

Hi, is there anyone who can reply here, because I am being tired, sent so many emails but no reply no follow up no phone calls .its me who is calling and sending an emails, it been more than a month, I applied for claim and m driving rented car, no one came to toe my car yet, on every call they have same reply and than after nothing happened, so i decided to leave my msg here, is there anyone who have time to fix this issue ?

Should be zero or negative. Tried both health insurance and car insurance with them and never again.

UPDATE: Finally got my car "repaired" if you can call it that. Sent with car in with panel damage and have received the car back in worse condition. Multiple electrical issues with head lights, reversing camera and sensors. Replacement panels not fitted properly and some panels missing altogether. Car is effectively unroadworthy since your repair. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Allianz is a total joke and scam. It's been 10 weeks since my accident where I was deemed not at fault. Allianz hang up on me when I call, after I spend 1 hour on hold. Still no repairs approved or parts ordered. Every time I call up I get a different answer. Already complained directly and to Ombudsman. They're very happy to take your money and provide no service in return. They completely disregard their PDS and Insurance Policy Agreements aswell. DO NOT under any circumstances insure you car with Allianz.

Only had policy a year went from $89 up to $104 when I added things on 4wd. Then when policy was up for renewal it went from $104.41 to $133.59. Absolute criminals. They well and truly deserve to lose my business. Good riddens.
