asked to deposit money, told me I needed a everyday account instead of carbon account which is fair. I opened one up and went back the counter and the lady who seemed to be the manager as she was the one the staff asked for questions and started to raise her voice at me and tell me she already told me I need a everyday account but I just opened one. Maybe instead of raising your voice at me you act professional and ask if I just opened one as it isn't showing yet, instead of just acting like a spoiled brat and assuming I didn't listen. I told her I just opened one and she started to belittle me on not filling out the slip even though there are none publicly available and I hadn't received one from her or her staff I just gave up and walked out after that point. Might switch banks and find one more customer friendly as this is the closest branch available and I will not go there if that's how they treat their customers.

Credit card not used for 4 years, attempted to have it cancelled multiple times. Paid the fees despite not using it. Went again to get it cancelled in January 2023 - Staff at Springfield Branch put us on the phone and customer service stated it would be cancelled as requested once the fee payment came through. Today received another statement demanding payment of credit card fees despite trying to cancel it and not using it at all for the last 4 YEARS! Currently on the phone for over 1.5hrs and being told to pay the fees despite multiple attempts to close account and never using it during the last 4 YEARS! SUNCORP get your act together! Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe this whole situation.
