Poor service. It was just a simple matter, but they would say that they were busy and you got to wait for hours. They tried their best to kick you out. My time was wasted there!

I like the branch and especially the lending Soecialist Justin Li. I got my home loan with them months ago in a huge hurry when I was so stressed as the settlement was within a week and the previous bank Id talked to started asking unexpected questions (after telling me things were all good for more than a month). Justin and the lending team did their best to solve the problem for me, they saved me from an overwhelming situation( I would have to pay extra legal fee and penalty, move out to a short term accommodation and a lot stress). You guys are professional, efficient and polite, amazing job! Thank you so much Justin , thank you Commonwealth bank !

10.30am on a weekday in the flagship branch and there's two tellers working. Foreign Exchange desk with no staff, and the two tellers advising they will be with their current clients for the next hour. So essentially no service for anyone else in the bank - told "come back another time". Why bother
