I made an appoinment with Olivia to open a bank account at this branch on Tuesday, Feb 14. Though I am not local, she is so sincere and helpful that I'd like to give her the compliment on Google comment.

Extremely unhelpful staff, unnecessarily rude. Walked out of there and managed to figure out the answer to my inquiry on my own eventually. Would have thought that if its that easy the staff could have helped me with it

My partner and I had an appointment with Hailey Fang this morning to set up our personal bank accounts. We have just moved over to Brisbane from New Zealand and were on the hunt for the perfect bank to setup. Hailey was so kind and helpful with us as she guided us through the process. She explained everything to us with great detail and made setting up a bank account easier than ever. Thank you Hailey for making this big big move over feel just that little bit easier!

I walked in Westpac 260 Queen Street this morning for an appointment to manage my classic account n was received by Hailey Fang with politeness as well as prompt and positive reply of meeting me at 3pm which was only 2 and a half hours later, allowing me enough time for a leisurely lunch. Upon my return, Hailey was already expecting me there. She immediately understood my need, gave me detailed information on the various options to go ahead. All along she showed her professionalism, good knowledge and made me feel that she had the customers interest at heart. What touched me most is that she was very patient and friendly in giving answers to my so many questions, irrespective of the fact that this made her work hours extended beyond the office hours. I am very happy to have her receiving me today, and I must congratulate Westpac for having enrolled such a wonderful member in the staff team. Excellent work, Hailey. Keep it up. Westpac, please do your best to keep such excellent staff in the bank. I will not hesitate to give a 10 out of 10 scores to Hailey for todays experience.
