Westpac Branch Queen Street Mall

I have been banking with Westpac for over 30 years. I have seen many structural organisation and staff changes. I have been to this branch on QSM many times and got served by Miss Cici. I must say Miss Cici is so efficient, friendly, warm and caring. I had an issue with my credit card and she followed up like she said she would and contacted me with the outcome. She kept her word. I came in this morning to request Miss Cicis time but she was busy dealing with another customer. I waited and a lovely young lady by the name of Antonia came to help me. I explained that my PayPal account was scammed the night before and I needed to cancel my current credit card as a matter of loss prevention. She was thoroughly warm and friendly and skilled and reassured me that everything would be fine. She spent time cancelling my card, going through the process, helping me reset my Apple Pay, went through my transactions with a fine tooth comb. She set me up with my new Digital card, went through the process with the patience of an angel. Both Cici and Antonia ought to be commended for their exceptional customer service. They really cared. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted with your service. You have made me look like a fool to a client of mine. And it's just not good enough. I rang ahead 4 days ago to make sure my RSA SECURID would work for a transfer over $200k, as I am funding an expensive car for a good client of mine and I was told if I was logged into business banking it would work. Today was the day and what happened? I couldn't complete the transfer as my daily limit is $200k. So now I have to stay up until midnight so I can transfer the balance of $80k just after the stroke of midnight, as my client is booked on the early flight to Sydney to go and collect the vehicle and wants me to let him know the transfer is complete before he leaves for the airport at 4am. I have threatened to leave your bank before, but I haven't. I am sorry I think this is the final straw that broke the camel's back.

Very poor service. I have been a Westpac customer for many years and have never experienced such blatantly terrible customer service. Steer clear!

Out of the 3 atms available, all were not working. Out of business hours so no method to complete banking.
