Just wanted to thank the two lovely staff members that were on at about 2pm today. You guys were so helpful with hunting down all the stock sizes I needed, helping find alternatives when I couldnt find specific items that I was after and went above and beyond with your service. Thanks again! :)

Staff just sat there without greating customers. Absolutely poor customer service. I wore more Dickies then they did. Didn't even bother getting up off their seats. Would never go there ever again and would tell everybody not to go there to buy any dickies from them.

I just want to share my experience that I had today at the store Dickies at DFO this afternoon. The retailer Sam has one of the best customer service you can get anywhere. He was cool, he was chill but more importantly very professional at the same time.This guy here needs a raise big time, he stayed back extra time because we were doing last minute shopping as we were in a big hurry. If I could give more stars I would give him 10 stars for the service he gave us. Sam if your reading this your the man brother.
