As a business consultant, I find myself critical of most customer service, I shopped in the Peter Alexander store at Brisbane airport this morning, I couldnt fault either the store presentation or service offer, staff happy and engaged. Well done line manager.

Ive been following this brand for over 22 years and still have the pjs I wore when my son, Tiger was born Ive 19 years ago (think you could only buy online then which in itself was cutting edge). Love the quality, the style and the range. Now my two daughters are in love with the brand as well appreciating good design, fit and funky styles. This shop, although smaller than the one on Doncaster Shopping Town still had a little bit of everything. With new nieces and nephews arriving, I picked up a few items on special. Store has a good layout. Wheelchair friendly, although a bit tight. Kid friendly (because it has a great kids range). Staff are extremely helpful. Always a delight.
