    Poor customer service from Wendy Fu. No greetings or a thank-you from beginning of service to the end. Grabs my phone and starts entering account details without confirming which account the monies is going to. I had to ask to make sure its going to the right place. After transaction she just tosses receipt to you. It has been like this every transaction i have had with her. Very dismissive and indifferent everytime. Zero care for her job and for her customers.

    Should change the bank name to Worstbank , lazy staff ,they have no idea about banking , they just keep finding excuses to delay you and push you to another branch .

    Edit: Just went to another branch to ask about how to solve this issue. Was told by the teller that they dont rlly trust Google reviews n some of them are a joke (basically saying those reviews r trolls and they dont rlly use them for their services eval). So, just take my review with a grain of salt I guess. Tbh, customer service didnt really exist in syd(maybe au) anymore. So i really shouldnt expect any thing. If you can do online banking, do that instead. Less fuss and you probs can actually get your stuff done faster. Probably the worst branch youll ever go to. My card and cash got stuck inside their ATM machine and when i went inside to ask for assistance and explained the situation, the teller WILLA/VILLA (idk her name as she wouldnt show me name badge) just kept on focusing on my money and making me deposit it. Naturally MY CARD AND CASH WERE STILL STUCK IN THE ATM. I wanted assistance in checking out the ATM, but she didnt want to check it. It was only I started getting fustrated that she reluctantly got up from her chair but soon went back to her chair once we saw the sun had spat my card out (still no money tho), and asked me to continue depositing the money. Naturally, i didnt want to add i wanted to solve the current issue of my missing money first. Soo finally, she begrudgingly after argument that she could do nothing, wrote up an form for me (the entire time arguing with me in her basic english). After I left, I realised she had given me no number or follow details regarding the form she put so I wanted to go back and ask for those details. Unfortunately for me, she took one look at me and ran into her staff room to call for her Indian-looking manager. I saw this because this lady also refused to show me her name badge. Ofc, the wonderful Willa/Villa had lied and said I verbally abused her and she felt mentally/physically threatened. So her manager just asked me to leave and they would no longer help me or resolve my issue. Mind you, from the moment i walked in the second time, they didnt let me speak at all. If you took a look at their CCTV, you would see Miss emotionally threatened Willa/Villa arguing quite enthusiastically back at me. So how do they expect me to recover my missing money? To future clients: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH. WESTPAC Customer Service: Please read your reviews and either close the branch or hire new workers. Either way, do something. Literal trash service

    This is my fifth hour at this branch after being told Im in a meeting cant help you now, go see her at the counter and after 15min waiting at the counter got told Im too busy now, I cant help you. My case is relative to an online fraud case, my account has being hacked and money taken out and westpac fraud team tells me to come to a branch asap only to stand and wait for hours since Monday morning.
