        Whats wrong with the WHOLE SYSTEM

        Came in to open an account. Asked to come back half an hour later as there was a lady who'd come in for her appointment. Came back 25 min later, then was advised it would be another 10 min wait. 30 min later I was advised to leave as they had to deal with a "situation" with a customer. Was able to open my account over the phone with ANZ. Avoid going into a branch and save yourself some time!
