NAB branch

A lot of negativity but not constructive feedback. If you go to the branch at closing time or used the digital license before it was accepted as ID what do you expect. I went to this branch at lunch time and obviously there was a 10 minute wait but once got to the front counter the staff member Elaine was extremely helpful and then Jon who assisted me in opening a new account couldn't have been more helpful. I think it's one of the better branches of NAB in Sydney.

I visited NAB rhodes branch the other day, it was completely packed and came in to open an account to transfer all my funds from my current bank to NAB, the manager was so lazy the poor staff were doing their absolute to serve everyone except for the manager she was sitting down and rather than assisting was just adding load to everyone else, I believe her name is Samia/ samya absolute horrible customer service, so rude and terrible to the staff. I was appalled at such a managers behaviour during such a busy time. Thank you to the tellers for your hard work.

This bank is very bad and not reliable at all, I met many people moving there accounts from nab to common wealth bank which located in the last of the same floor.

Worst service, worst branch which is number 1 in the list to spoil banks reputation. No one ever know when it will be open. Google always shows as open. Drove for 4kms and find it's closed. This happened many times. I would recommend everyone to stay away from NAB

Rubbish. I arrived on 3:45 pm and is already closed ! Then before 4 pm I saw 2-3 employees happily opened the side door and left for home! Wasted peoples time by these lazy employees.
