I actually dont have the words to describe how grateful I am to have stumbled across Liv. Ive always been that self conscious person, scared of getting things wrong and putting myself out of my comfort zone. But Liv changed that! Livs dedication and passion is infectious & there is never a boring session. In the last year, I have achieved more than I ever thought I could & that is all down to Liv. Not only is she an incredible personal trainer, but she has also helped me massively with positivity, body imagine and being the best version of myself! I cant recommend Liv enough. THANK YOU

Liv is insane! She is an inspiration to her clients as she herself works so hard to achieve her goals. She motivates me every day to look and feel better. She works incredibly hard for her clients to help them meet their goals and is always at hand to answer my questions to help me improve. She's a lot of fun and I really enjoy me sessions with her. Wouldn't want to train with anyone else!
