Quite simply training with Marlon has changed my life permanently for the better. I wasn't ever really interested in fitness until I started training with Marlon. Apart from being fitter and healthier now than I've been in my whole life (at 50), I actually completely love it. I'd forgotten the simple pure joy in running as fast as you can, and during stressful times at work training with Marlon give my brain a much needed rest. Marlon opened my mind to learning new skills in an environment that was full of trust, belief and fun, and gave me the confidence to trust my body and what it is truly capable of. Thank you Marlon for your positivity and joy for life.

Marlon is outstanding. He coached our boys football team and we cant recommend him more highly. His knowledge and skills, commitment to each player individually and to the team as a whole were exceptional. We cant wait till next season.

Marlon coached my son, Eddie for soccer. Eddie really loved having Marlon as coach, he hopes to have him again next year, for training & games as well.
