True Personal Training

TruePT is a fantastic gym, with a range of personal training and group glass options. One of the best things about TruePT is the warm and welcoming community of fellow gym-goers, as well as the dedication and enthusiasm from all the trainers. Membership is great value for personal training sessions and small group classes where you still get one-to-one support. I started PT sessions as a way to deal with muscle tightness from desk/office work, and could not be happier with the support and amazing community of people.

True PT are an excellent team. Classes are small, personalised and fun. First time to take PT classes at 46 years of age, my experience with True PT has been first rate, delivers results in a friendly environment. Strongly recommend.
