Karen has been amazing! Her knowledge and capacity to listen to ones specific goals and struggles makes her special. Execfuel has accompanied me for a few months and Ive gained healthy and efficient habits that will stay with me forever. It was also a lot of fun! Being held accountable but never judged, always available if I had a question, and most importantly she truly cares for her clients! Awesome to work with Karen, been training hard for a long time but never really matching the effort with the right nutrition to get the strongest outcome. With some great advice and direction, plus the odd strong reminder, I'm getting some great results and I'm as strong as I was 15 years ago. Cant thank her or recommend her enough.
