Very Professional, thorough and attentive. I've seen Fiona for my overused hand injury. I overwork my hand sometimes at the type of work I do. This was the quickest recovery plan I was advised and I'm glad I've finally found the professionals to help me in future!

My mum has a frozen shoulder. She got a heat pack put on her for the majority of the appointment and then light manual therapy for the last few minutes. Doesn't seem to be a clinic that's up to date with current evidence based rehab. We were happy to just seek treatment elsewhere and not leave a review as the therapist was still nice to her. However, after speaking with Annabelle the receptionist - who was incredibly curt and condescending - I thought it best that people be advised to find an alternate place. There are plenty of other clinics with much kinder and caring staff, who aren't rude at the drop of a hat.

This is the second time weve been here and the knowledge and professionalism of the practitioners is excellent. Weve seen Dr John Best and Dr Jefferies. They were able to thoroughly diagnose the problem and clearly explain the outcome in each case.
