Nothing I write could do Tegan justice, she is an amazing PT! I feel so lucky to have found someone to coach me, to not only be the best I can be physically, but is also teaching me its about the journey and self acceptance along the way. The space and energy she creates, allows me to feel safe and not judged as I progress with my strength training, challenging me in a such a positive manner. She listens to you and genuinely cares. She has great knowledge and a big heart. I couldnt recommend her enough. I cant wait to reach my goals and further, with her guidance and encouragement each step of the way. Tegan is such an excellent PT. I've really enjoyed my time training with her, gaining strength, training to my energy levels and having fun along the way. Her approach is really tailored to you and considers you in a holistic way - mind and body. She cares about building community and empowering you to reach your goals. I always leave my sessions feeling energised, refreshed and recharged. I would recommend Tegan as a PT to any woman looking to gain strength, confidence and focus on their body and movement. Your welcoming smile, your gentle encouraging approach, your knowledge and expertise, your ability to adapt in a way that makes me feel empowered when aches and symptoms arise, and your cross section of skills makes my muscles and body sooo happy to see you. I truly appreciate the way in which you incorporate your physical knowledge with your spiritual awareness, and how we can chat about Moon cycles and earth changes, about women's initiatory changes and life in general, in a way that enhances and expands my own awareness, my muscle strength and flexibility and my own inner sense of self. I've been training with Tegan for about 6 months and I couldn't be happier, she has motivated me and helped me achieve my health and strength goals through her guidance and positive attitude.
