E.S. Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology

Ive been going to E.S Physio for my ACL rehab and its honestly been the best decision I could of made. From day one, the team were committed to getting me back to full sport. Every session was tailored to my specific needs and there was always a good mix of exercises and assessments. The program they had me following was very well structured, with a strong focus on achieving functional milestones. Not to mention I was always greeted with welcoming and friendly faces. Special mention to Lachy and Dario who saw me through the length of my rehab. Theyve got me feeling even stronger than I did pre-injury. Thanks heaps for all the support!

Give praise to Yelson and Lachlan, they are very professional and patient rehabilitation therapists, they have very professional knowledge, can put your rehabilitation on the agenda and make your injury recover quickly, believe them, they will give you are a great help

The team at ES could not be more helpful or kind! A huge thank you to Dario and the team for helping me get back to 100% after 2 knee surgeries, even going above and beyond to help secure me an urgent operation with my surgeon. I became friends with the lovely team and will miss seeing them weekly!

I have been going to ES physiotherapy since June 2021 for physio and exercise physiology, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and always so helpful, Jason, Dario, Josh and Lachie have all worked hard and helped me in getting back to full mobility after breaking my back in 2021 and having other minor injuries that they all helped me get through and now Im the fittest and strongest Ive ever been! I still go every couple of weeks for exercise physiology which Dario explains so well, I leave the clinic fully understanding the movements and why he wants me to do them,10/10 service every time I walk through the door!!
