St.George Branch Randwick

Worst branch They make up own rules Wanted to withdraw $7000 but they said limit was $5000 must order first. All other branch $10000 Whats a bank with no money.

Hi I was really impressed about the service of St. George bank. Its kind and patient to the customers regarding their question. And, there are two staffs I have to mention is Vivi and Tiffany. These two staffs are incredibly good to serve their customers. I would recommend if you would apply ur business here.

I asked personally for a card replacement at the branch and it has been a nightmare since then. The one I received home was a wrong one, and I am having a terrible experience dealing with the phone service... I received more wrong cards, and in the meantime I didn't have any card for almost a month as mine was cancelled...on top of that, one of the cards that I got by mail was already active when I called to activate it.... I've been waiting for hours on the phone, receiving different information from different operators, being transferred and after 40 minutes of more waiting the machine hangs up automatically... Terrible... I have another account at Commonwealth Bank and it's much better. The phone banking at St George is discouraging, tiring and a waste of time. I would never recommend anyone to open an account at St George bank, I regret it
