The store was empty and came in with some questions- no one came to help me. I asked if I could sit with someone to talk about my accounts and I was asked what for? When I did sit down with someone it felt like i was inconveniencing the anz rep with questions regarding my account. Before she looked up my account she said they dont help with anz plus questions which I wasnt there to ask about. When I asked about term deposits offers, I got short answer, vague responses. It really isnt the customer service youre looking for especially when the store was empty and had no other customers

Randwick branch, 11.40am, 15.03.23 The only old lady at the counter was so unhelpful. Another lady came to me as I was waiting behind the gentleman being served to ask me what I needed. I wanted to deposit some coins but they dont have the machine so she said we can do it over the counter, I have asked her if she was going to count manually but she said no, it should be quick, it wasnt much. When the gentleman finished, I approach the desk. The old lady said she cant do it, I have to count myself and handed bags over. Her excuse was, Im busy I need to serve the other customers. Jokes, there were 2 people waiting behind, 1 arrive 2 minutes ago. If this is busy for her then she should not work the service desk. Whats the need of having a SERVICE desk if the service isnt provided, she just couldnt bother, even the other lady was surprised Not good, now I have to drive either to junction or Eastgarden, waste my time and petrol to deposit less than $200 coins. Waste of time and money Looks like Im not the i ly person here complaining, your branch looks good but thats the only positive thing.

Staff are very slow and will just keep telling you to come back another day rather than trying to help you.

ATM doesn't take cash deposits even if there is a sign saying it does. I tried multiple times but there was no option saying "Deposit". Waste of time and inconvenient
