Very unprofessional and very poor communication. I would not list my house with these people. They do not respond to enquiries and do not bother to show up to organised house inspections. Open house inspections are scheduled and cancelled without warning.

I would never consider listing with this agent. I arranged to view one of their properties and the agent was over 45min late. Then l contacted them several times about another property and they never got back to me. I then went to the advertised open house for the property only to see a sign on the for sale sign saying the open house had been cancelled. I had checked the online listing before leaving and there was no mention of it being cancelled. I checked again when l was parked out the front of the property and it still wasn't listed as cancelled. There was a number to call in regards to the property listed on the cancelled sign which l called, no answer. Seems like terrible service and l don't think they would even come close to earning their sales commission.
