Great real estate morals. Anthony knows how to handle both the vendor and buyer with impeccable manners and morals. We loved the Cooks process when selling. Everything was easy to understand and well laid out. Anthony was very approachable and willing to work to our needs. He showed other agents in his office our property for their opinion on selling price so there was an overall consensus and it let them get a feel for it if they also needed to do an inspection if he was unavailable. I would highly recommend Anthony, he genuinely loves the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable in his approach to obtain the best price for both seller and buyer.

Agents that really are about the Renter as well as the Owner. We couldn't be more pleased. John Cook rental team were wonderful (especially Jane) their customer service and care for existing tenants is next level. The owner of the house we were in decided to sell. Outstanding! Anthony Cook is one of the best agents I've ever dealt with. Being a first home buyer, at times I felt a little out of my depth, but Anthony was there every step of the way during both house hunting and when I finally found my dream home. Professional and Friendly. While Anthony's work was professional, I was particularly impressed with his communication. Very friendly to speak with. I was pretty ignorant of the selling process but Anthony was happy to answer any query I had. I felt at ease when asking basic questions. I appreciated how he kept updating me on progress of the sale from the open house inspections to prospective buyers to the final sale. My thanks to Anthony Cook and his team.
