Century 21 Combined Orange

WORST Real estate EVER! We rented through them for nearly 2 years and not one thing got repaired. Andrew would never reply or answer the phone. The house was disgusting when we moved in, carpet had stains and holes and paint work was terrible! No response from him when we handed in our notice. I feel so sorry for the landlord

Will talk the talk to get your business, take your money and then leave you out to dry. Shouldn't be allowed to operate; how they will have a licence to manage properties is beyond me. Beware!!!! $1000s of $$ lost as a result of trusting C21 Orange (Andrew Vogler & Co.)

Century 21 have been a nightmare to have manage my rental property. Zero communication from Andrew, my tenants moved out and Andrew didn't even inform me, the house was damaged and filthy, again no communication from Andrew. My property was greatly undervalued, again I couldn't get Andrew to return my calls regarding rent. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll never deal with Century 21 again. If you are a landlord, AVIOD this agency!

There are very very serious issues with this agency. If you are an owner and they are managing your property, then I suggest changing agencies ASAP. It will be a battle to get in contact with them, and you will need to be persistent. If you are a renter and youre being told the property owner cant be contacted to authorise repairs, this is probably because no effort has been made by the agency. Document everything, or it will be you that suffers at the end. I hope they are able to resolve the issues, but I will never deal with them again regardless.
