Awful customer service. No acknowledgement from anyone

I absolutely love Kookai and every garment Ive bought, as theyve all lasted years of wear. Quality of clothing is exceptional. Staff are also absolutely beautiful. Yet the one downfall is that almost every single garment Ive bought is caked in foundation. I recently bought a pair of pants and a skirt (both of which I hadnt tried on in store) which were covered in foundation stains. How and why is someones face anywhere near garments designed for the bottom of your body? Im more confused than anything else tbh. I should be more careful in analysing the clothes that I purchase, yet a clothing store that is considered a highly respected label shouldnt be having this issue. Clothes are tried on and returned to staff to place back on the shelf, so why arent the clothes being analysed by staff before being returned to the racks for sale?

I came from Canberra and as soon as I walked in the girls greeted me and were honestly so kind :) they were very helpful and of course looked beautiful cant fault them xx
