I ordered 3 dresses for an occasion because they advertise free returns loud and clear but forget to announce just as loud that you will not get a refund but only a credit note. This is completely unfair to us as consumers as being an online store, you can not feel the quality of the item, which were all terrible but also sizing of the product, which as we know can differ so much. No refunds for change of mind which in this case, apparently sizing issues are a change of mind????? So unfair. . When I reached out to them I only received a generic email back, no personal response or care for their customers. Now I'm stuck with a $300 credit note to a company that I'm not excited or happy to shop with. Please don't waste your time or money with a company who don't care for their customers.

I would not recommend buying from this company if you live in the US. I clicked on a picture from my recommended feed on Instagram. All items appeared is USD, so I had no idea it was coming from Australia. That being said, all sizing was listed as AU sizing, so I ordered the wrong size. Well no problem Ill return it. I accepted I would be out $30 on the shipping I paid, but then had to pay $10 for return shipping, and then I received my credit note for $89.10, but I tried to use it and its only for $62. So, in total I lost $67 on this and have nothing to show for it. Its insane. Dont be me! Side note the dress was nice quality.

Has to be the worst customer service in Australia from the older blonde standing behind the counter during a busy day, staring at her phone the entire time, giggling, seems like she should retire if she hates her job that much. She did not look up once to acknowledge anyone in store. There was a dress I was interested in but I bought it elsewhere after the lack of service here. We were in here for over 15 minutes and werent acknowledged, unacceptable.

Ordered my dress and it was shipped next day. Unfortunately, due to no fault of theirs, Aust Post decided to send it on a tour of Australia so it took about 2 weeks to arrive. I contacted G & H and they were on to it and very apologetic. Service was great. The quality of my dress is very good and I thought reasonably priced. I would use them again.
