Blue Illusion Miranda

As a former employee, it has been bought to my attention a bad review was made about my customer service, one month after I had left the company. I pride myself on my service, wardrobe styling and believe the review from Fay Coutts was not honourable. Bit hard to have a review when you left the company well and truly.

Janine was rude and dismissive toward us and gave no care or interest to what we were shopping for, needing new outfits for mum for a funeral and long time customers of Blue Illusion as Mum loves the prints. We were super dissapointed with the lack of customer service from Janine so ended up making our purchases in DJ's instead. We asked her for different sizes in some items and she said she wasn't sure if they were in stock but didn't bother to Check and confirm with us. Not sure how people like this end up with customer service roles.

Alison Bowmer Jun 9, 2020, 6:38:49 PM GMT+10 Hats off for my shopping experience on Tuesday, , as I again praise the great staff at Miranda. The team members were brilliant given the constraints that theyre working under due to COVID-19 - making sure that all customers were feeling very valued. I came away with a fabulous Parisian jacket, a great pair of red jeans and a beaut blue sun hat. I would have bought far more - but due to this ~^# virus, I havent been working as much and therefore my funds are finite. However, as I came away knowing that I looked like a movie star (according to Tracey from the store) decked out in my new BI gear, I know Ill continue to be a regular!
