Felt very unwelcome and the staff are very abrupt. I was interested in a bigger size in clothing and stood at the checkout for 5 mins waiting for someone to realise I was there. The attitude of the worker was also quite confronting. Wont be going here again unfortunately

Wanted to exchange a few tees for a smaller size but wasnt able too because I was overseas and didnt meet the returns period. How can you extend a returns period during the return period but not after? I used to love LJ but I will be shopping elsewhere now! Clearly dont care about your customers, as long as you have their money!!

Returned an online order. Chose a store credit because I'll be back to buy more clothes. Lorna Jane leggings are the best! Returns process was quick and easy. Staff was nice.

Julie! A retail star! She was so helpful! There was so much care she put into making sure every customer was looked after! She is so friendly and helpful! Lorna Jane is amazing but Julie has really set the bar for kindness and care within the Miranda store! X

I am a big lorna jane wearing and love the quality of the active wear. But your staff are so rude and unable to even say Hello when I walk in. I have gone to this store multiple times alone, with family, with friends every time I leave I leave thinking wow they need to learn a thing or two about customer service. I have gone in today for my last time as I walked in, I was the only one in the store and I was just browsing. I picked up an item to try on and walked to the changing room without any of the three staff who were all gossiping b ehind the desk asking if I wanted help. I was going to buy the item but I wanted to try a different size couldnt get there attention from the changing rooms. I left the store and as soon as i left they went to get the item I had just tried on. Not even a goodbye or thank you for coming. Well you know this has happened too many times now I wont be going back again. What a shame no more lorna jane guess Ill be changing brands to get some better service, which I have been able to get from multiple other women activewear stores in miranda. SUCH A SHAME.
