        LOVE LOVE LOVE. I especially love the Japanese yoga, its been a few years since I had practiced this method but the re-introduction has been awesome. The space is immediately calming. There are a variety of teachers and a good selection of classes to suit your mood. It's very personal and welcoming. Go on give it a try. You won't regret it !

        Swell is a wonderful community to be part of for any Yogi. Shannon the owner has created a warm and friendly yoga studio to share her passion/expertise in Japanese Yoga. All the instructors are encouraging and generous. It is a very authentic style of Yoga that challenges in different ways. There are Yin classes too. It is lovely and clean with wooden floor boards.
