Qi Pilates, Health & Yoga

Really disappointed. Qi used to be fantastic but now theyve basically made Freshie almost completely about Pilates with zero notice. Just herded all the yoga clients over to Manly with shorter classes and just no customer care at all. While the yoga teachers are fabulous (hence the one star for that) the owner is horrible and rude. I used to love doing yoga with some friends after work but now this change has made it way more difficult to get to classes for me. And asking for a refund ended up with me receiving the most abrupt and rude reply. What a shame.

Qi Health & Yoga is one of the best studios I ever visited. I have attended different courses from yin, kundalini to Pilates and all have been amazing. Staff, facility and the ease of booking a class are the best. Very happy I found this place. I can highly recommend it to anyone at any level.

Qi Yoga and its staff are extremely professional and passionate about their teachings of Yoga. I enrolled in one of their introductory offers and have been almost daily for 3 weeks and feel fantastic. Most of my classes have been with Katya who has the most wonderful and positive energy which she shares effortlessly with her students.
