If like me you're always a little intimidated by heated vinyasa, fear not, Power Living is brill. Everyone was super attentive, helpful and kind. Great classes set to short bursts of music with attention to form always. Would recommend, especially if you practice by the window and watch the trees blow in the wind as you move - magic.

Powerliving yoga is great. I started off a few years ago looking to stretch and avoid injuries but as I continued practicing, surprisingly found myself becoming more focused and centred that has helped me in all aspects of life.

Ive been practising and learning with Power Living for the past 18 years! I love the community they have built. The teachers are second to none, always providing encouragement to take care of myself, which sometimes means working a little stronger, sometimes taking more rest. The physical yoga practice is just a part of why I go to this studio; the teachers find ways to inspire me to better myself on (and off) my mat.
