Very unprofessional service. We planned to attend a rental inspection and told the agent (Joy) the time we would be there. However when we arrived she didnt open the door (even after we rang the bell) or answer her phone. We even called the office and they couldnt get through to her mobile either. We waited outside for 15mins only for her to finally come out and rudely tell us the inspection is over. This is despite the fact that we had been there for 15mins while she was inside showing the place to others, and ignored the doorbell and her phone, even though she knew the time we were arriving and said it would be fine beforehand. Shouldve checked the reviews online before going so we wouldnt have wasted our time.

We purchased a property from Michael and typically when buying, issues always comes up when negotiating indirectly with the Vendor. Michael was fair and helpful. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He worked very hard at all hours to help both us as the buyer and the vendor to ensure a practical and reasonable outcome for both parties. Would recommend Michael
