Stephen is so rude & pathetic He has no manners whatsoever His property management team is even worse The lady that works for him is disgusting & has no idea what shes doing or how to do her job Shes rude and has no respect This place needs to be shut down I really dont know how his running a business

Not even worth 1 star. NEVER EVER rent or buy any property from this Agent. They are scam agent. Rude and arrogant. Hiding all multifunction key, remote control when you did final inspection. Pass you the key at their office not at the property because they know you will find the broken part at the apartment. The remote to garage don't even work !!!!! Guess what they said to you....after settlement, my hand is dusted

Warning!!! Do not use this real estate, I should of read the reviews before entering into a lease with them. They are very rude and disrespectful, we got a rent increase of $70 which we were going to take on BUT THEN, 3 days later received an eviction notice, no reason nothing. This is a perfect reason why the Government needs to set up and punish people doing things like this. The real estate told us the land lord wanted money and I mean lots more, we were paying $950 wk and the property is for lease now for astonishing $1300 wk. Lastly please take plenty of photos or even videos because at the end of the lease they will not be happy how clean you leave and charge you more to get cleaned more, which they didn't do because an hr later they had open house.
