Highly unprofessional. Poor communication skills. I originally put on offer for a house and Sanmaan Singh never responded nor got back to me. I then later found out it sold for the price I originally offered. He negotiated very poorly and was very vague throughout the whole process. I definitely would not contact this agent nor buy property for them ever again.

Surprisingly unprofessional. The agent has a bad temper and tends to get angry every time we try to negotiate with him. The agent also bluffed about the law. We tried to consult him with a law regarding the real estate and he angrily accused us for not doing research and wasting him time, giving us a concise but false explanation with the intention of not letting us to seek legal assistance. It almost feels like whenever and however you try to reach him, it always seems like a waste of time for him. He will treat you like a real customer before you pay the bond, and after that all I can say is good luck. Im pretty sure this isnt how an agent in real estate industry should behave. Recently I made a contract with Wiseberry Real Estate and it made me realize how terrible this SK real estate is. No wonder why they only have one agent working here.
