Jenny demonstrated an extensive knowledge of property in the area. When setting the estimated market value, she explained the rationale (pros and cons). She worked hard at achieving a result, was in constant contact and provided feedback on each inspection (verbally and written). She is an excellent negotiator, a good listener and gave honest feedback. Highly recommend Jenny to others. Excellent result during pandemic!

Liars, uneducated, unprofessional. Upon inspection of 13 Wellington road Hurstville Jenny informed us the house had its own water meter seperate to the grnny flat out the back. First lie, never did when the bill came they said 70/30% split which is illegal. Landlord or landlords family lived in the property before us, I noted in my applicton the house wasen't clean and hoped it would be. Mould on the walls, food on the walls, dust and dirt on the floors, cockroach in the cupboard, electrical cables hanging out the wall, lights with tape over them and told not to touch them someone is coming to fix it. Then the power outages start several times a week, the realestate sacks the electrician because they assumed he told me what was wrong with the house. No I got my own inspection, they jumped off the bulding cable and it was sourcing too much power from the house, for what we never figured out. We must have had 20 plus power shorts which is a fire risk in the 9 months we lived there
