        Pleasantly surprised they opened one in hurstville and was not let down by the quality of the pearls which has always been my favourite reason to go Xin Fu Tang. I was glad that their soft serve machine was working and surprisingly the pearls arent ruined by the coldness of the soft serve and you still get the fresh chewiness. The soft serve isnt what to expect, as its not like your usual Maccas soft serve but its slightly more frozen in texture and slight sourness but tastes pretty good. Im glad to have tried the soft serve but Id probably settle for just the drink in the future.
