Bad customer service. Didn't greet me and acts rude and disrespectful. I waited for 10 minutes and did not get my drink. The lady ignored me when I was asking her if one of the drinks was mine. Do not come here!

Hopeless!! They put people at the cashier who dont speak English then make a mistake with your order! I walked 10 metres away from the shop and my sons drink didnt have popping pearls even though we requested it! We went back they were so rude, 1/4 of the drink was empty and when I asked for her tea to be filled tot he too the lady didnt want to! Never ever going back! They dont know what customer service is about!!!

Today, I attempted to claim my birthday drink at the Hurstville location and was served by an employee named Lucia. However, she informed me that the barcode associated with my birthday promotion was not functioning and insinuated that I had already used the offer. Rather than offering a solution or attempting to resolve the issue, she directed me to contact Chatime's customer service team. I found this interaction to be extremely disappointing and indicative of poor customer service. As a result, I am hesitant to return to this particular store in the future.

This Chatime has the best service, the staffs are quick and accommodating. They always ensure that all orders were given fast.

I've previously had only great service here but since it's sold or gotten a new manager or whatever the case is, this place has gone downhill so badly. Today our order was wrong earlier in the day and when we went back to ask for them to swap it, the woman tipped the drink out and just used the same cup even though those cardboard cups are so flimsy they barely stay together in the first place. The cup didn't even reseal properly so it dripped everywhere. Since the change has happened the whole place has changed so much. The new staff are rude and abrasive and roll their eyes. They act like serving you is an inconvenience and every individual thing comes out of their personal paycheck. And one woman even had the gall to give a friend attitude for drinking bubble tea while pregnant. The absolute audacity is astounding. The staff that have been there a while are lovely and work so hard but the newcomers are atrocious and I resent spending my money there.
