The prices here are very very affordable! Coupled with the cheaper prices, the quality is also pretty great with nice chewy tapioca pearls :D My sisters favourite is the Apple Fizzy which has the right amount of fizz and apple flavour. A friendly, family-owned shop (sometimes the owners kids and other family members work there, CUTE), the owner clearly works hard. I hope that this shop thrives :))

Ill always miss this place. The wonderful owners including their children were lovely, and the teas and snacks were always perfect. Very sad to see theyve moved on, hopefully to bigger and better things. Wishing you all the best in your new endeavours guys!

As a regular customer, this place is great! Overall, their tea is on par with the 7$ tea brands and the large cup may be smaller, but is actually the size of Gong Cha or CoCo cups! And the best part is, it is only 4$! Despite not being buy one get one free anymore, 4$ is still a great, and affordable price for all Tea/Milk Tea enjoyers. Overall, go to this place. Delicious tea, cheap prices, family owned, and friendly! Sometimes the owners kids even work there! And one last thing I recommend a Passionfruit green tea with no ice, or a QQ Oolong milk tea. Thats it!

Great service and well priced, staff are friendly and some stare at you like you're the bane of their existence. (I'm looking at you, Cha Time) family owned and plenty of great flavours. Their pineapple black tea is great, the Hokkaido milk tea is also a solid choice. They also accept reusable bubble tea cups which is great.
