Platypus Shoes Hornsby

Very rude customer service. No greetings to customer at first they were busy chatting with themselves. They used very condescending rude tone when i was trying shoes which was a gift for my little niece with same shoe size.

**DO NOT SHOP THERE** Was shocked with a terrible customer service! Will never come back. The girl manager (Claudia?) She had no idea about the basic standards of customer service. She was so rude and didn't let me talk and she talks over me with a loud rude tone just to refuse returning a pair of defective shoes after two days of purchase? Please do not go there and do not spend your money there... even if you shop online you get better service!!

Do not shop there ** I was so disappointed and shocked with the service and level of treatment I received at Hornsby Platypus store. I m not going back and not recommending anyone who is looking for respect and satisfactory customer service to step inside that shop. I bought a pair of boots which Yasmin convinced us to buy smaller size than my daughters shoe size. Obviously was too small and caused so much pain and blister on her toes. When I tried to return the defective shoes after few days Claudia was serving me, she was super rude and had clearly no idea how to deal with client. She raised her voice talked over me and blamed my daughter for faulty boots. I tried to bring my voice via online service with no success. Dont throw your money away and please dont buy anything from this shop.

Absolutely brilliant service. Couldn't find a shoe that was right for me (because I'm too fussy) but they went out of their way to try. A1 customer service!
