        Hornsby Store closes at 5pm not like what it says on the Website, Thursdays might be different. They said they are not going to update this temporary times anywhere - so just so that you know.

        Purchased some swimming shorts for my husband as Christmas presents online. 10 days later took it to the Hornsby store to exchange the exact same items to a bigger size. The service was pretty disgraceful, as if I had stolen the items. I was even questioned as to why I didn't have the packing slip, even though I had the online invoice. I'm a long term customer and pretty disappointed with such behaviours. Reminds me as to why I purchase online instead of in person nowadays. Will no longer purchase from CR again if I can help it.
