        Honestly the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was with this wonderful, lovely lady called Kelly. I came in with a blocked account and she handled everything so politely and patiently, she absolutely goes above and beyond for the customer. Kelly you are amazing and deserve a raise!!!

        WORST bank imaginable. Openly engages in fraudulent activities by opening credit accounts without any credit card contracts in breach on the NCCPA 2009; engages in misleading and deceptive conduct, misleading the court etc etc. Client-service - NIL. Employees provide misleading information on the phone, waiting time to clarify a question can be 60-70 minutes after which they hang up on you. When you finally get someone on the phone after calling 4 times (today it was their employee, Florence), they mislead you, refuse to answer questions or to put you through to the manager and and transfer you to a line where noone picks up the phone where the system hangs up on you after 70 minutes of waiting time. Under NO circumstances open accounts at St George Bank. If you have any accounts with them - leave them as soon as possible. Do NOT use Westpac under any circumstances either - St George is OWNED by Westpac and Westpac engages in same misleading and deceptive conduct as St George.

        I have been to this branch twice in the last week to get assistance with some complex banking issues for my mother. The first was done by appointment, and I was helped immediately at the scheduled time, and the staff member resolved the issue effectively and in a very cheerful and friendly manner. The second time was a walk in without appointment. There was a reasonable queue, however the staff member that greeted me at the door took note of what I required and messaged one of the specialists who looked after me minutes later. I am unclear on some of the poor reviews below but I have only praise for this branch and its employees.
