Terrible service, incompetent, rude and poor communication between their different departments. Surely it shouldn't take weeks to close an account and open a new account. This branch is full of mediocre and ignorant attitude. Honestly this branch has made me never want to bank with the ANZ, once my business with them is finalised I won't have anything to do with them in the future.

Bad customer service, the lady ask me to wait for just simple address change. After 20 minutes, go to lady again, and don't even remember why I came.

your loan specialists Know nothing about loans they can't even say how long a loan would take quoting weeks to get processed. on the website it says 7% interest rate- he tries to up me to a business loan at 17% trying to say its better and that each person has a different %. my credit score is excellent but he had zero answers to my questions it got to the point where I ended the meeting and walked out because the "loan expert" was trying to upsell me and not provide a solution to my needs. I'm 45. been with you since I was 18. you claim to want to help small business but you are god dam horrible. you don't get my business

Azalea Kondori at Hornsby branch - this rating is for her. I was so cranky when I went in and was ready to close my accounts as I had tried repeatedly to go into my local branch at Dural, but they were closed each time I needed them (apparently you can only catch Covid in the afternoons!). And then going in to Hornsby branch it looked like I was going to have to spend my lunch hour waiting for someone at a desk to help with my enquiry. But thankfully Azalea talked me through an alternative way to do what I needed to do. So patient and kind. I was lucky enough to get her again today. What a star she is for ANZ. I hope they realise. Such a positive customer service experience.
