Sales representative at Kloster Suzuki Hamilton was excellent. Friendly, helpful and easy to talk with regarding my interest in purchasing a Jimny. All my questions were answered with consideration, and where there was any doubt (eg. expected delivery times) Brad confirmed that he will enquire and keep me informed as to the progress. I would like to give kloster more stars than 1 but unfortunately my experience wasn't great, and i doubt I'll go back. I have a leaseplan car and the usual process is when getting a service, the service providing company invoices the lease company for the servicing costs due. In my situation, the gentleman at the service desk kept saying (3 times to be exact) that I would have to pay out of my own funds and then seek reimbursement from the leaseplan, which contridicts what I was told by leaseplan. Anyway long story short, when we get around to picking up the car, and he's charging my credit card the guy says "oh yeah, you're with a leaseplan right?, yeah next time we can invoice them". I honestly thought I was being fleeced. I told this incompetent guy 3 times it was a leased vehicle and it wasn't till he was charging my credit card he acknowledged what i was saying, and now I'm stuck in a month long merry-go-round trying to get reimbursed. Later that day, I revive a call asking if I'd like to give feedback on my service, I missed the call but left a message. The message said that I would love to give feedback and it wasn't glowing. I haven't received a follow up call.

Incredible service and staff. This is my second purchase from Kloster Suzuki and I have always service my car here because of their professionalism and service. Highly recommend Kloster in Hamilton

Major shout out to Russel for helping me get my dream car. Despite crazy wait times on Jimny's he was able to hunt me one down and in 2 weeks i had one. He made the process so easy and made me feel like i wasent being pushed at all. We had many good chats, hes a gem. Everyone else on the team were so nice to deal with and im overall very happy with my experience!

Wasnt really looking forward to shopping for a new car as it can be very daunting and a stressful time. Ben at Suzuki made it easy and stress free. I was super comfortable throughout the whole process and was in a new car in no time at all :) Easily the best car buying experience Ive had ! Cheers for all the help Ask for Ben!
