Kloster Honda Repairs Frustrating, Time Consuming & Expensive * Diagnostic report three times the recognized cost *Reluctance to email Quotes *Difficult to contact the appropriate person Unfortunately they are the Newcastle sole dealership. I would not recommend Kloster Honda.

Would like to be able to give 10 stars fantastic customer service and salesperson Cameron Pritchard made me feel relaxed and when i wanted to take time to bring my wife in to see and feel the HR-V how it felt , access , and comfort there was no problem. We came back and with the same personal service trying out the fit , it made it easy to decide yes to purchase , ended up walking out after purchasing two cars , thanks to Cameron and Lisa. Would highly recommend going to see them before they run out of cars to sell.
