        Darcy has been training me for the last few months, I have been training on and off in my busy schedule in the past with many trainers without commitment. Since I engaged Darcy through recommendation, I found him, the best personal trainer that I have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable and a successful athlete himself, he personalised to clients needs, very focus and attentive and customise to my needs. His program is very effective and motivated as I am getting good results and feel healthier and happier with confidence. With praise from friends.I Highly recommend for all levels of fitness, in particular if you are a busy professional and want a personal trainer that can give you motivation to a good workout, feel strong, confidence and healthier.
